Sayre Parents Association
The Sayre Parents Association (SPA) provides an opportunity for parents to make a difference in the lives of our children and the Sayre community and to meet and establish a community of involved parents. Events and activities support faculty and staff in providing a quality and well rounded educational experience. Our focus is strictly supportive and does not include school policy, employment or curriculum decisions.
The purpose of the Sayre Parents Association is:
- To serve as a liaison between parents, faculty and administration, enabling them to work together for the enhancement of all school programs.
- To engage in activities promoting and assisting the educational program, physical plant development, and enrichment of Sayre School.
- To provide funding for specifically designated school projects.
All parents and guardians of Sayre students are members of SPA.
Business meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month at 8:00 a.m. in the Jasko Room in the Buttery.
Volunteer to help with one of our events, offer to chair, co-chair or serve on a committee, or sign-up to send in food or drinks when needed. Whatever your talents may be, we welcome your involvement. Your commitment of time and energy makes a difference in the lives of our children and the Sayre community!
Reach out to others. Bring friends and fellow parents with you to meetings and volunteer opportunities and make new friends along the way.
Shop the Spartan Shop. Be sure to purchase Sayre spirit gear from the Spartan Shop.
Support our events and fundraising efforts. Attend the Fall Festival and other events held throughout the year with your family. Visit our fundraising page for ways to support Sayre. Funds raised from our events and fundraising efforts are returned to the school and our children by funding wish list items and school initiatives.
