Mission
To encourage, promote, and support Sayre Arts as a significant and enriching element in our students’ overall educational experience. Art education provides opportunities for creativity, cultural awareness, perseverance, collaboration, and strengthened community. These skills support Sayre’s overall mission to empower our students to achieve excellence, embrace challenge, and cultivate integrity in order to lead purposeful lives in an ever-changing world.
Membership
Friends of the Arts (FOA) is a member-driven parent/guardian booster club supporting visual, performing, and musical arts for all grades – Pre K-12. FOA’s mission is to enhance community engagement with Sayre’s art scene and support the Visual and Performing Arts Department.
FOA members provide financial support, advocacy, and volunteer hours. The arts matter.
