Welcome to Sayre School! We are thrilled to host the 2024 KAIS Conference.
This page has everything you need to navigate conference day. Here you will find a Sayre campus map, important documents, WiFi and door access codes, and more.
As you often start your classes, we'd like to lead off with a few important announcements:
- Parking is available at Sayre School, Transylvania University, and The Carrick House. Parking is labeled on the Sayre map and is indicated in gray on the Transylvania map. The Carrick House is located just past Sayre at 312 N Limestone.
- Sayre, TLS, and Redwood faculty and staff have been issued tickets to park in the Barr St garage.
- A shuttle will pick people up at Transy's front circle and drop off at Sayre. Those wishing to take the shuttle back should meet in the Sayre front circle by 3:30 pm.
- If you park off of the Sayre campus, walk to Limestone and over to Sayre for the most direct route to The Buttery for check in.
- Buses should drop off and pick up on Limestone. The front circle will not accommodate full size buses. Please do not attempt to pull in. Bus parking is available off of East Second Street (labeled on the map).
- Register and grab a quick bite in The Buttery from 8:00 am - 8:50 am. The keynote presentation will be held in the gymnasium and begins promptly at 8:55 am.
- Lunch times are staggered in order to accommodate over 700 educators joining us from across Kentucky. PLEASE help us make the experience smooth and enjoyable for all by going to lunch at your scheduled time.
Registered for Session 2b? Go to lunch at the end of your first session.
Registered for Session 2a? Go to lunch after your second session.
- Remember to bring your reusable water bottle. Refill stations are available across campus.
