Sayre Students Shine at Kentucky Youth Assembly
Sayre School won the Outstanding Delegation award at the 2024 Kentucky Youth Assembly held in Louisville, Kentucky, held November 13-15. This award is given to a Premier Delegation recognized by its peers as having the overall highest quality of participation, level of preparedness, and behavior exemplifying the YMCA’s four core values and culture. Out of 20+ schools, Sayre made the difference.
In addition to this delegation award, Sayre students led the conference as presiding officers in the mock state government. Elected to lead KYA 2024 were:
