Humane Society Extravaganza Raised Over $800 for L.I.F.E. House
The HSE affinity group worked together for three weeks in January planning the third annual Humane Society Extravaganza. This year’s hour-long carnival event raised money for L.I.F.E. House, a “no euthanasia pet adoption facility dedicated to finding loving homes for pets in need.” L.I.F.E. House is located in Frankfort, Kentucky.
Wednesday, March 7th the Middle School students raised $806.00 for L.I.F.E. House. The HSE affinity group then traveled to Frankfort to personally present the check on May 2nd. The owners and operators of the L.I.F.E. House were extremely grateful for our contribution giving them the opportunity “to provide a safe environment and second chance for the pets in their community.”
