Three Sayre School seniors have made their college choice with plans to
participate as intercollegiate athletes. Allison Hancock, Carter Leer and
Maggie Wilson signed letters of intent at a ceremony held in the atrium of the
Upper School on Thursday morning, April 15. Allsion will attend Centre College
and participate on the golf team. Carter has chosen the University of the South
(Sewanee) and will be a member of the swim team, while Maggie will attend
Georgetown College and compete on the track and cross country teams. The Sayre
School community, fellow students, teachers and administrators, gathered to
recognize the sacrifices and accomplishments that paved the way for Allison,
Carter and Maggie to compete athletically at the college level. Congratulations
to our future college student/athletes!
