If you choose Tuition Payment Plan C, you must complete the paper copy of the Debit Authorization Form and return it to Terri Prewitt in the Admission Office.
PLEASE NOTE: Deposit is due upon re-enrollment or acceptance and is applied toward tuition. The deposit on tuition is not refundable or transferable.

- Application Fee: $75 for new applicants

- Tuition Refund Plan: 2.4% of tuition (optional)
- Insufficient Funds Charge: $25
- Late Charge: A 1.5% per month late fee (18% per annum) will be charged on all past due accounts.
Food Service
Lunch is included free of charge for all grades, Preschool through Grade Twelve. The Buttery offers a morning break option for Upper School students who may either pay cash or buy a YELLOW BUTTERY TICKET ($25) for morning break purchases.
Tuition Payment Plans
Plan A: Pay in full (a 2% discount is granted if payment is made by February 8, 2013)
Plan B: Pay deposit - balance to be paid in two monthly installments, due July 1/November 1 (see table above) Plan C: Pay deposit - balance to be paid in nine monthly installments. Automatic bank draft w/ no service charge (The first payment will be drawn on July 5, 2013)
Plan D: Pay deposit - balance to be paid in nine monthly installments. Service charge of 2% of tuition less deposit (The first payment will be due July 1, 2013; the last payment due March 1, 2014)
Tuition Refund Plan
Annually, the school offers the Tuition Refund Plan. In view of the annual tuition commitment parents must make, we strongly recommend that all parents take advantage of this protection. Tuition Refind Plan Brochure

- Extended Day services may be paid in nine payments beginning September 1, with the last payment on May 1.
- Students may attend Extended Day on an hourly drop-in basis at $10.00 per hour. Prior arrangements must be made with the Director.
- Any changes in enrollment must be discussed with the Extended Day Director.
- When the Lower School is closed due to conferences or teacher in-service days, Extended Day will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. All students will be charged $45.00 for this service.
- Charges are assessed for late pick-ups.
- All Extended Day students must submit a current immunization certificate with enrollment.
A student is entered for one academic year, and the parent or guardian understands that the enrollment obligation for the full academic year is unconditional and that no portion of the year’s tuition or fees so paid or outstanding will be refunded or cancelled in the event of absence, withdrawal, or dismissal of this student from the School and herewith agrees to assume full responsibility for the full annual tuition and fees and the costs of collection thereof, including reasonable attorney fees.
As specified on the Enrollment Contract, enrollment may be canceled without penalty (except forfeiture of the reservation deposit) provided that cancellation notification is sent in writing to the Director of Admission on or before May 31, 2013. If a student is withdrawn after May 31, the responsible parent or guardian will be obligated to pay the full annual tuition charges.
